What browsers work best with the Sampleguy Site?

Microsoft Internet Explorer® Version 7.0 or greater
Mozilla Firefox® Version 2.0 or greater
Apple Safari® Version 3.0 or greater

How do I upgrade my browser?

For Internet Explorer® Users: Goto http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx to install the latest version. You can also run "Windows Update" by Clicking Start->Windows Update from your PC desktop. This should automatically download the latest IE.

For Mozilla Firefox® Users: Goto http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ to install the latest version.

For Apple Safari® Users: Goto http://www.apple.com/safari/download/ to install the latest version.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

Under the login area on the home page there is a link "Forgot your password?" Simply click that and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address that is registered in the system. You will then be sent a message with a reset password. Use that password to login, then go to "My Account" where you change the password to whatever you like.

What do I do if I can't remember which email is stored in the system for me?

If you can't remember which email is in the system or if you no longer have access to the email address that is registered in the system then simply email support@sampleguy.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
